Not a great experience
The bed was comfortable, so we slept well. Other things were not so good. The bathroom floor was dirty. Shower tiles were dirty. Shower chair was wobbly. There was only 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Towel rack in bathroom was loose. Coffee machine in room but no coffee. Desk chair was torn. Breakfast was sparse... bagels, frozen waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice diluted with water and the coffee was undrinkable. It looked like mud and tasted like dishwater. Staff was friendly and courteous. We will not stay here again.

The room was disgusting - the towels were dirty - like they had just folded the used towels. There wasn’t any soap, Kleenex and 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The counter had food on it. The mirror was dirty. The bathroom was filthy - the door had splatter all over it. We had booked with Expedia and the reason we selected this hotel was it was pet friendly and we had our dog. When I was checking in they charged an additional $20 which was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel or Expedia site. Avoid this place if you can.

The hotel is very old. Not well maintained. Bathtub was dirty and one of the tub walls was cracked. The pictures on the site do not reflect the rooms.

The front desk lady Amy went way beyond to help us. The first room reeked of bleach, the beds were not properly made and was dirty. The second room looked like someone slept in the bed and was dirty. Amy offered to come change the sheets and when doing so we saw a bug jump from the bed. At that point Amy offered a full refund and found another room that she personally inspected, cleaned all surfaces and made sure the beds were ok. We appreciated all of her help and the cooperation of the owner. Our suggestion would be a through cleaning by "Professional trained cleaners" and a through paint job and new carpets. You could easily charge more money for a better quality hotel. People will pay for that!

I made a mistake by about 5 minutes of reserving a hotel room after midnight and they wouldn't honor my night and then my friend went into the bathroom and there were cockroaches in the bathroom
