Hair in two plates at breakfast at the buffet. Staff deduced one meal as compensation. Staff was notified and saw the hair on both plates. This was our second stay where our room was not refreshed as of 5pm. Had to call the front desk for amenities and beds to be made. We enjoy coming here, sorry to have not had a better experience.
