The shower pressure was super low (also was really hard to pull on). The hot tub made our eyes burn, later to find that my blue swim suit was bleached to a splotchy purple and ruined. Desk attendants were helpful to my face but no one followed up about compensation for my expensive suit. Also, $50 pet fee wasn't made clear when booking reservation.

This is an historic hotel that has been beautifully and thoughtfully restored in classic fashion. The staff is helpful and friendly. A main feature is the location very near to downtown and the sports arena.

Nice Little Getaway
Almost perfect- beautiful historic hotel. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. However the bathroom had no space for our toiletries, etc, so that eas a little challenging. We had breakgast in the restaurant- the waitstaff was very profeesional and accomodating and the food was excellent.
