12% tax and refundable $750 Property Deposit. $500 refundable pet cleaning fee.

PETS REQUIRE A PET CLEANING FEE OF $500 EACH THAT IS REFUNDABLE UPON BLACK LIGHT INSPECTION OF THE HOME WITHOUT DAMAGE.
