Per Travelocity this was supposed to be 4-star hotel. We found the rooms to be in poor condition. Furniture is falling apart and floor carpet needs replacing. On our second day of our stay, not HOT WATER in the room. Per hotel, room is ONLY serviced every 5 DAYS. Please update the profile of this hotel so other users do not have the same bad experience.

Overall, the property was nice. Room was bigger than others I’ve been to. 2 bathrooms! The only reason for no 5 stars was because the amenities in the room was skimpy like they were trying to save money. No tissues. Soap for sink. Used bath bar. No cotton swab for ears, nail files, shower cap, etc… you know basic hygiene stuff that I don’t normally pack.

When I check-in, there was no room available and I was sent to Harvey. when I check-out, Harrah charged me resort fees (which include internet connection) and Harvey charged me internet connections fee again. Bad service and double charge
