we had a great stay. the hotel was very close to several restaurants, grocery shopping, and activities (like the movie theatre). the hotel was clean and quiet. the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. everyone was so kind and helpful. the 2 women that ran the breakfast were beyond amazing. they were so sweet and helpful as a wrangled my toddler and our food. the woman from the back stocking the food had my daughter laughing and smiling our whole meal, as she joked and made funny faces with her. she even got a hug goodbye from my little one and went out of her way to pack a goodie bag of snacks for our drive home. BEYOND amazing service!

Floor and hotel itself was extremely busy - no notice on what to expect at checkin. Where a whole hockey team was staying. Parents were drinking on the main floor and their kids were running and screaming there and right in front of our door. Called the front desk twice. Where the second time the staff cut me off and said they already addressed the situation… not the nicest experience given that when the security left the kids went in for a few minutes, then ran back out again.
