Great place to stay for non-gamblers/smokers!
Very welcoming and cheerful team here, always happy to help. We had a lovely big room with great views north to the Sphere and the Venetian complex (and a little west we could see Bellagio fountains, Eiffel Tower etc) We had a junior suite so lots of space - 28 floors up. Gym was quite good. Shower could have been more powerful and bed was ok. Loved the fact the hotel has no casino and therefore no smoking. Well located for most things, just off the strip in what seems to be “the middle”.

Worst customer service. I travel all the time with my family and have never experienced anything like this. I made our reservation through Expedia for a 2 bedroom suite that we upgraded on Expedia to a corner suite. Upon arrival they gave us a regular 2 bedroom suite on a lower floor. I spent over one hour with Expedia and they were trying to call the hotel but the manager would not talk to Expedia. Meanwhile, my husband spent 3 hours trying to talk to the supervisor Christa who by the way was really understanding and helpful but finally she called us and informed that the she can only offer $100 hotel gift certificate, she apologized and said her boss didn’t authorize refunding $400 upgrade cost because all the corner suites are all sold out and mysteriously a standard 2 bedroom suite on a lower level is more expensive than a Premium 2 bedroom corner suite. So in a nutshell, the claimed that they had upgraded us by giving us this rundown one bedroom suite that connects to a small studio apartment as opposed to a premium corner suite. I called Expedia and again after one hour, they could not get a hold of someone from the hotel to try to resolve the issue. So, they are emailing the hotel to see if they will respond to the email. This is absolutely not acceptable. Hilton is a leader in the hospitality field but their irresponsible practices and unacceptable customer service will forever keep me away.
