Home owner is horrible and his pool and fake hot tub are disgusting
Let’s start at the beginning I get a text in the morning of check in saying you can check in early at 1pm, landed at 11:30 still haven’t gotten the check in info. We take a Uber over there at 1 no answer we are sitting outside the property in the hot sun for two hours trying to contact the host probably 50-75 times between me and my friends Vrbo even tried contacted him multiple times and he ghosted all of us rang his ring doorbell nothing then two hours after he says we can check in and we see the neighbor who we asked to contact him not even 2 minutes later seems like he was ready to scam us until we said something to his neighbors in which he doesn’t want to be known as the scammer of the neighborhood also the pool and tiny kiddy pool of a hot tub are disgusting in every way

the house was clean however the pictures do not tell the whole story the house was pretty run down the jacuzzi did not work. someone was also staying in the garage while we were there. the neighborhood was not that great graffiti on the walls cigarettes in the fire place

Great for the Value
The property is exactly as it looks on line just in person it is older, everything was fine for the price. You can't expect a diamond when you pay for a granite. The only complaint I have is the couch is too small for two adults, so I would suggest that they put in a bigger couch for at least 3 adults can sit comfortable in the living room. The host was amazing, he kept in contact with me the entire trip. I give the host 10 stars. Overall the property work out for the business trip and we were off the strip which is a BIG benefit for us.

The home itself was lovely. However, halfway thru our stay, i answered a knock on the door to find a woman with a key to the property stating she had booked it for the weekend. After some research, we found out she was renting the space that is essentially the garage. We didn't realize there would be someone we didnt know under the same roof. I wish that had been discloed in the listing.

First time using a Vrbo never again.
The check in process was easy. The house was pretty clean. The home owners stay on property in the garage. They smoke weed at night that travels into the house. The dogs next door can almost jump over the fence which is not good for small children. My 2 year old didn’t feel comfortable at all the even play outside. The pool was not maintained and was freezing. The jacuzzi took 24 hours to heat up when it finally did it would beep error and we couldn’t use it. The outside was so dirty we had to hose it off it would make our feet black. We could hear them talking about us or about our stay while they were outside which made us uncomfortable. They don’t disclose any of this so I hope this helps the next person with their decision.

The house was so awesome! My kids loved the house, especially the pool and play area. We honestly enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, and felt safe! Definitely recommend! We will be back!

Owner tried to charge us for cleaning.
The house is small but ok for a short stay. They are trying to charge us for leaving the house dirty but we made sure to clean up before leaving the house, put the dishes in the dishwasher, trash in the garbage, and everything. Will never stay here again.
