Easily one of the best locations for the price on the strip. Everything is super was easy nd fast to access. The elevators are a nightmare to work. If you enjoy a hot shower in the morning. This isnt the hotel for you. Hot showers only were available at night.

First of all our room was not what was expected. Ceiling was cracked, toilet seat was falling off the toilet and the air conditioner sounded like a monster was in the vent. I did complain the 1st day , maintaince showed up next day, found the motor to the air conditioner propped up with towels to keep from vibration. TALK ABOUT A FIRE HAZARD!!! Also thermotstat fell off the wall when we tried to lower the temp in room. After 3 times complaining they finally switch rooms which was much better. Probably not stay there again and will not recommend to family or friends.

After checking in online I had to wait for an hour and a half to finish the process. I had three rooms and had to check in separately for each and the billing was separate for each. This is crazy.

When we checked in they sold our room and told us they overbook all the time. Finally got a room for the night and get stuck in the elevator for 3 mins to be told they would meet us when we get off, nope didn’t show up. Then had to get new keys(mind you had to go through the whole casino and other side of place). Next day had to go to service desk to have them get us the room we paid for. And they didn’t seem to really care much and just said we will give you $50 for that. Then get to new room and the outlets where hanging. Called to have fixed they said 1-2 hours and we came back 5 hours later and still not fixed. Called again said 10-15 mins and waited 1 hour 45 mins and called again, they said oh we had an emergency so we will get there when we can. Overall I will probably never stay here again.
