Convenient location with city park and numerous dining options within 10 minutes walk. Deluxe spa room was quite small and did not meet expectations from the photo online, however bathroom was big and spa bath good. Free onsite parking was convenient. Air con filter was very dirty. Framed advertising for their other properties on the wall next to the bed was NOT art and made it appear cheap. There were already brochures for these in the room. Guest laundry had only one washing machine and old inefficient dryer full of lint. DVD player not working. No toaster or microwave. Did not try the restaurant.

Older property however in quite good condition and quite adequate. Is within the CBD district and is close to many nearby areas are of interest. Third floor is about 30 stairs to access so no issue if not to much luggage and we had no problem with that.

This hotel had lots of old charm but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Very nice front desk manager of old history era building with simple pleasant fixtures not elaborate. Good overall one night stop. We left out phone charger and adapter never heard anything about it. Off street parking good option.
