There was a bed bug shell on the mattress of our room. I let the front desk know and she moved us rooms but I don’t feel the necessary steps are being taken to assure there isn’t going to be a spread throughout. I’ve been super anxious ever since the stay worried that I may be bringing them home

There was no soap or shampoo in the room and the shower leaked all over the floor. Comfortable bed!! I would stay again but would check for soap before getting into the shower
