Hotel Boyeros is a neat old (vintage) motel. They do a good job of keeping it clean and the staff is professional. The pool is very clean, and the free breakfast was good. There was a 'blackout' period for hot water that they were supposedly working on, but it wasn't a big deal. It's a bit noisy due to the proximity to busy roads. As tourists, we felt safe and comfortable.

The grounds were lovely, staff friendly and clean rooms. The breakfast was decent. The rooms require a drastic faced, the bathrooms get no stars. The exterior of the hotel looks like a prison. I would not stay there again.

Great spot
The room was clean, AC worked great. The internet connection remained strong for the online meetings I had. The pool area was lovely. We loved feeling like we were in such an oasis so close to the highway and downtown!

The pool was amazing and they have the best tasting typical breakfast I've tasted in Costa Rica. It was in fact atypical as there were many added flavors in the rice and beans. We got to see animals from our porch. We thought it would just be a cheap place to stay after arriving on a late flight, but its a destination in itself!

El hotel tiene una súper ubicación pero , las instalaciones no le han metido dinero desde hace 39 años y se ha ido deteriorando , el personal eso sí súper amable y servicial .
