On arrival walking into the front passage way of this hotel we were greeted by the stench of urine, and 3 groups of homeless people gathered, not the best of welcomes, after checking in at reception we went to our room, roaming around a maze of corridors we eventually found it, on entering immediately we were shocked by how small the room was, and how different it was compared to the pictures shown by the hotel, it was how I imagine a prison cell, the only window was a very thin vertical window, not the airy and bright big ones on the pictures, we spoke to the receptionist who then showed us 2 further rooms, with the second one being worse than the first if that is even possible, and third one slightly better, whilst I was being shown these other rooms I asked about the rooftop terrace which is advertised by the hotel, it’s closed I was told, permanently, this was meant to be a 5 night stay, we checked out next morning after speaking to reception, I’m awaiting a part refund but up to now all communication has been ignored by the hotel.
