Good and well located
Staff is very nice, especially Mel and Hector from the front desk. Good breakfast, clean overall, and a convenient place from which to explore Lisbon, equally close to both main train stations and in the same metro line as the airport. For the budget-conscious, besides the relatively low price including breakfast, there's also a kitchen available to guests on each floor.
The only two downsides are not a big deal especially for a short trip. Firstly, our towels weren't changed even once in our 4 day stay. Maybe it's because we didn't leave them on the floor, but there was no instruction to do so anywhere, and I don't think anyone was in our room anyways (e.g. for cleaning). Secondly, all the rooms are with shared bathrooms, which we typically avoid. We didn't have any issues, but there definitely seemed to be a "rush hour" when several guests wanted to shower at once. That said, there were 2 bathrooms with showers plus a toilet in our floor (for something like 8 rooms) and we never had issues.
