Always a great stay
This was the second time I stayed at the hotel. I love the friendliness of the staff, the clean and practical rooms and the location which although very central is very quiet

The service is excellent. They have attended to our request for transfer from and to the airport. Staff made recommendation for things to do based on what we want to see and experience. We loved the attention we received from Eugenia. Cleanliness is a 10.

Nice hotel and great location, but loud location first thing in the morning. Better values are out there for the same price (more amenities, 24 hr staff, elevator, etc). Overall a nice stay regardless

Lovely front desk staff. Renovations were messy. Having to carry bags up two flights of atairs was inconvenient and a 3pm checkin was also inconvenient with luggage.
