It was a wonderful experience, my first time in Lisbon and the hotel location could not have been better. Staff very helpful and the hotel had a lovely lounge. My bedroom was very quiet and comfortable.

My room was perfect apart from the fact i needed more sockets to plug items into. I had to unplug a lamp to be able to charge my phone. Minor point bout assume most guests would have this issue.

Our room for 3 adults was spacious with a bonus game room. Beds were comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom. We were on top floor and the street noise will come thru (window didn’t close proper) busy streets with great options for food and iconic places.

This property was located in a great area! Able to walk to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. Walking into the hotel looked great. The room that I had could use a really good paint job! The walls were really dirty and the bathroom shower was poorly caulked.

Good value, great location. Clean and comfy.
Hotels was in a perfect location. The only complaint was that there was a litter sewage smell in the hallways. Our room was NOT smelly at all. It am old area and an old building, so it didn't inconvenience me at all.
