What a great hotel! Extremely convenient, close to many walkable sites, and the meeting place for many day tours. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and plenty of room for 2. Nice bathroom—there have been comments about the glass door but it is not see through and definitely felt private. A little white noise at night from outside, but nothing that kept us awake. Lots of stairs, the elevator is a bit slow and does not stop at every floor (our room was on level 2.5 ish), which was perfectly fine for us. We only had yummy drinks at the hotel restaurant Bastardo, but food looked very good. An excellent experience and we highly recommend!

A lovely hotel, well located in centre and convenient to get to places, clean and good selection of breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.

It was in an excellent location. Staff was great.only complaint was the cleaner they used had super strong smell. Made me feel a little ill. But just opened the window and it was fine after awhile.everything else was 5 star.

Great location and breakfast
Great location plenty restaurants next to hotel. Metro 2 min walk which will take you to and from airport and all over city. Hotel rooms where small and uncomfortable twin beds very hard mattress. Overall a good hotel with lovely reception and breakfast room staff.
