Great hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the double room was great for our family of 4. A 30 minute walk to the waterfront. The parking garage is tight for a large vehicle. It was a bit nerve wracking getting in and out in 9 seater van but we made it, although I would recommend you stay above ground if you have a very big vehicle! We missed the light show sadly but it was worth watching on room tablet. Would definitely stay there again.

The Lumen Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Lisbon! From the very friendly and helpful staff, to the convenient location (guests have free parking, but you won't need a car as there are several metro stations close by), to the breakfast buffet, and, lastly, to the light show in the courtyard each night; everything was fantastic. My only observation is that the in-room coffee/tea pods are not replaced automatically each day (though the bottle of water is replaced), they are replaced upon request with the front desk. Other than this little quirk, WOW!

This is a fabulous hotel - it is clean, modern, and the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are a good size and the beds are huge and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and is very good. The location is great - it's close to the centre of Lisbon but away from the noise & crowds. There is a good choice of restaurants nearby, a mini supermarket down the street and Picoas metro station is just around the corner. Highly recommended.

We had 3 nights here. Overall happy with the hotel accommodation and breakfast. Staff are generally very helpful and polite and keen to assist. Our executive room was spacious and modern. A bit confusing at first with all the switches and iPad controls. Breakfast was OK I would only gripe about shortages of food items such as sliced bread, cut fruits, no green tea bags. I Some item were being refilled but they appear struggle a bit. Light show was OK, quite a simple process but nice to see. Next time I might pick a different Location closer to the historic center Location is outside the historical centre of Lisbon but accessible by bus or metro. Some very good prices for restaurants near the hotel so worth a look at the nearby places.

Absolutely a find! Room was clean and large and well appointed. Light show was a neat feature. Service was fantastic and the staff was insanely attentive to anything I needed. Breakfast was terrific and a great deal, even including a mimosa bar. Highly recommend!
