We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to pink street and the train station and lots of food options. We felt safe here and the staff were excellent in making recommendations and providing directions. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast add on was really nice too for a buffet with many options of local and traditional breakfast.

Clean, comfortable rooms and lovely staff. Location was super-convenient, but SO noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, but proximity to sports/theme bars and the ghastly Pink Street means constant noise.

The staff at the hotel were great, very helpful and accommodating. We reached the hotel earlier than our check-in time only wanting to leave our luggage, but to our surprise our room was ready so we were able to check in early. It’s a clean hotel in a great location. You can easily walk into the city and see a lot of the sights. Also in walking distance to the metro station, tram stop and the ferry terminal. However, it gets very noisy at night in this area! We struggled to sleep throughout our whole stay here as the bars stay open till very early hours of the night but also the pillows in the rooms are not comfortable, too flat and soft.

Excellent hotel and staff. Close to restaurants and main train station allowing for easy day trips A little noisy at night as right beside Pink street although was not a big deal
