I enjoyed the amenities and breakfast ( up charge) but worth it. This hotel is very close to the hotel but a 20 minute Uber ride to downtown Lisbon. Uber or Bolt are inexpensive. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Lisbon.

This place has a very youthful vibe, and primarily caters to 20 something crowd kind of a party atmosphere. That being said, not being in that demographic, I slept fairly well. It was relatively quiet and I got a slightly early check in as well. I have nothing bad to say.
