Loved the front desk staff, very friendly and helpful to guide and provide services.The area around was wonderful, safe, easily walkable. The room itself was cleaned daily, easily accessible, and had good amenities.

A great home base for our visit to Lisbon
The hotel was clean and comfortable and a short walking distance to sightseeing and the Metro. The staff were very kind, as was housekeeping, since we were room bound for a couple of days. They also made great dining recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent a week at Next Level and it was the best! The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and clean. I work in a hotel and we don’t offer ANY of what Next Level spoiled me with as a welcome gift. The building was also kept very clean. The breakfast was lovely. It is located in a very convenient area as well! I was about to get to everywhere I wanted in under 15 minutes! The food options are also endless. At checkout, they wanted my feedback on how they could’ve been better and I had nothing negative to say. I will be coming back! Thank you Next Level for your hospitality!
