We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Royal Liverpool Hospital. The reception staff were very friendly, the hotel room was spacious with everything needed for a one night stay and was very clean.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here, and we will be back again. Rooms - particularly on the upper floors - are good. Hotel well located and walkable to the city centre. Staff v helpful and friendly. I also spent part of yesterday in the foyer working on my laptop. Wi-Fi good and the staff running the coffee shop were v friendly

We stayed in the studio which is more than enough space for 3 adults. It is around a 15-20 minute walk into the centre but it is a straight road so easily accessible and worth it staying in a quiet area. The room and the hotel overall was clean, modern and all around the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Hotel was spotless not only the room but the entire hotel! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and catered to everyone’s taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and will definitely stay again as my daughter is at University in Liverpool.
