The best. Again. Been travelling to Liverpool for years and this is the outstanding accommodation for me. Stayed on New Years day and after checking other properties, this was best value. Nice and easy check in with polite staff makes the welcome nicer. Early check in allowed again without charge.

Check is was easy and the Spanish lady on reception was brilliant. The rooms aren't as big as they make it look on the photos. They were very clean and the kitchette was well stocked with cuterly and glasses etc. The breakfast was disappointing even though it was continental I was glad I'd not paid for it. Hotel was very central and car park 3min walk away, overall a great place to stop.

Clean and convenient
Was a clean and comfortable stay. Staff were pleasant and the property is well located in the heart of the city. Small for an apartment, really it’s a studio apartment with a glass partition around the bed. Because of the location I wasn’t in the room much but would definitely want something bigger if was staying longer than 2 nights or with a second person.

The apartment is modern, clean, has everything you would need, its extremely quiet to say you are smack bang in the centre of liverpool too, you are next to everything for shops and restaurants, there is a nice little Italian restaurant directly opposite i would recommend too.

We were supposed to check in at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready until 5pm . Some people waited for 5 hours. Only have one chambermaid per day. No vip benefits given at all. Intercontinental breakfast was just one pack of biscuit and one juice given at front of door.
