A great place to stay....
A very nice hotel, comfortable and clean, modern with its own individuality. The breakfast is very good and the service is great and would highly recommend. Very central and parking close by at a very reasonable rate.

Beautiful hotel but not perfect
The hotel is beautiful on the inside and out. The location is great; it is very central and near the main train station. However, the restaurant and bar downstairs has horrendous service. The cocktails taste good once you finally get one but are also very weak. The table next to us started ordering shots of liquor to pour in their cocktails, so we were not alone in thinking this. Our room was crazy small and the layout was not great. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel but I'm glad we only stayed there one night.

One of the best hotel for business
What an amazing place for business trips in the week. Reasonable rates Mon to Thurs and accessible with plenty of parking nearby which wont take long to find. Time out to 10kms 30 to 40 mins in any direction. Food and Drink are expensive and there are supplements to the already pricy Breakfast cost, But if your not staying for pleasure, then there are (as you would expect more places within the budget you need. 5 mins and you are eating. Bar/Drawing room though. The staff are all 5 Star trained and it shows. Guests are of a high calibre so you feel respected and you yourself respect. So prob finest hotel I've stayed in in a long time, and I do see a great many. Eco didn't hit me as something massively promoted, though I do not know what measures they have placed not customer facing, so please take this as a "could do a bit more, not over the top though)

We called up the hotel before we booked and were told the spa was included in the price. This was a main reason for going. When we checked in we were told it was chargeable at £30 per person for 2 hours. The receptionist told us that we had called the central booking line for Accor hotels who are nothing to do with the actual hotel and it was incorrect information.We are very disappointed that we were not given the spa access as a gesture of goodwill. As a customer of course we trusted the information we had been given on the phone. The room we were given was freezing cold and appeared to be for another guest as their name was on a card in the room. We were upgraded to another room which was very nice and given two complimentary drinks.
