We had a phenomenal stay at citizenM London Victoria. Staff were incredibly attentive and personable. Nana went above and beyond to assist my daughter at one point, and she reminded us of family. Loved the decor. Best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel, and we travel a lot. Even the messaging throughout the hotel structure was uplifting, with surprise little notes and compliments where you least expect them. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

The property itself is easy to find near the Underground. The lobby is fun and lively. Cool decor and very clean and modern. The rooms here would not be that of a 4 star hotel though. The bed was not comfortable and I felt like I was having a panic attack due to the size and setup of the room. I have felt less cramped in a room on a cruise ship. My husband and I were constantly bumping into each other just trying to get dressed or move about the room, and we are of below average size. The tech features were cool, but these rooms are beyond small and just not something I would book again. The pictures make the rooms look wider than they are.

Citizen M is something I’d never experienced before. Having the 24/7 canteen downstairs is great. Pretty solid breakfast buffet.

The Citizen M hotel rooms were compact but clean, updated, and space effective. I loved our stay here and I will be looking for Citizen M hotels for future travels.
