Although my checkin was short and I was provided with no information about the hotel, where the lifts were etc. they were very swift to respond regarding an issue with my room. I guess it depends on the member of staff you’re dealing with.

Disappointing
Convenient location for T4, that was about the only positive. Water stains on the carpet like it had been flooded? The smell coming from the bathroom was disgusting, sewerage smell. Would consider another hotel for Heathrow in the future, I expected more from Crowne
