Just off Whitehall, so close to everything, Thames, West Minister, shops, Underground. Absolutely stunning looking building front, quirky, well designed interior. Amazing/friendly /helpful staff. A nice, relaxed beautiful bar(Forty Elephants). Rooms-spotless, well equipped. With access straight into the Ekstedt restaurant on an evening, with service from the lovely, friendly chef, who cooked the most delicious 6 course taster meal we've ever tasted!! to the sommelier, who brought us the most delectable wines and explained the backstory to each one with such passion, and the hostess, waiters, and waitresses, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. I wouldn't hesitate to return here!!! We absolutely loved it!!!

Fabulous hotel in the heart of downtown London, easy walking distance to pretty much everything. We could not have been happier with our lodging during our Christmas vacation to London!
