The overall condition of the hotel was good. The reception staff lovely, welcoming and helpful. The decision to have an evening meal there was a big mistake! The food was bordering on being ok, but having a starter and main meal arriving at the same time didn’t help! The service was absolutely awful. The meals were just placed on the table ( not in front of the customer!). Also did not fill us with confidence when our bar staff member / waiter walked past us to go to the toilet 4 times in an hour!! It was a good place for us to stay, but would not recommend eating at this hotel.

Excellent one night stay
A one night stay for the England match and attending parkrun the following morning. Whilst the room was just a bed for the night, we decided to try this hotel chain out for a change rather than the usual Premier Inn - we were not disappointed. Breakfast being included and check out being 12 rather than 11 were both huge added bonuses for us. The room was very smart and only showing its age via the shower door. Our only niggle from the entire stay was that the bathroom door didn't close magnetically as the ends didn't meet. This may be okay for a single family arrangement, but not with multiple different guests. Overall we would definitely consider returning in the future should the need arise.

This was my second stay so definitely a positive. I love the contemporary decor in the common areas and the friendly staff at the reception. My room was neat with prompt daily housekeeping. I didn’t like the location which was right beside a motorway and the difficult access to the entrance. car Parking is a chore, but then this is London.

A 1 night stay with my son to watch the football at Wembley. wasnt able to check in early but was able to get parked but was charged £30, not the £20 advertised. Staff and breakfast all ok, but didnt like sausages or scrambled egg, but big choice of other options for breakfast.

Avoid unless desperate
Stay was okay, extremely mediocre if anything verging on poor. Breakfast is complimentary for everyone but the cooked hot breakfast is poor. Hash browns basically inedible. Powdered scrambled egg. For a Hilton I’d have expected at least room service for drinks as a minimum but none available at all. Had a king room on the 3rd floor. Bed was big but uncomfortable. Very hard mattress. I understand everyone is different when it comes to mattresses but I think this one was just old. I could feel the springs in it. Had to wait over 20mins to be served 2 soft drinks at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. I was the only person at the bar so it wasn’t busy. Hotel only had 1 person who could serve along with someone who I was told was a security guard but couldn’t serve. Very bad service. Expect way better from a Hilton! General customer service from all staff could be improved with most of them being very short with customers and really seeming like they didn’t want to be there. TV language in room was set to French with no way of changing it. Asked reception to look but they couldn’t fix it.. saying they’d need maintenance who don’t work weekends. Stayed in a premier inn a few weeks back for less money and it was generally a better experience. This hotel is overpriced for what they offer and the service you get.

Clean and comfortable.
We had a great stay in a clean, comfortable room. The only thing which spoiled our stay was that the air conditioner was not effective. The room was too warm and we found it difficult to get off to sleep at night - and our stay was early May, not the height of Summer. Breakfast buffet was nice and we were impressed that the fruit available changed daily. We would certainly stay here again.
