The staff were all great - the hotel clean ; rooms quiet and everything worked Breakfast was a massive let down. Cramped - limited coffee unless you like queuing for 20 mins ; Mould on my GF Toast ; and general poor cooked food. Not a great experience ( we stayed 2 nights) We wont be back as there is a great choice in London and Hampton should be so much better

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had issue with spare key going missing but issue was resolved. Breakfast could do with more ceral options its a lottery. Internet is very poor especially when hotel is busy. Had to use my mobile hotspot as speed was early 2000s poor.

Our experience was so much better than a 3 star hotel. Lovely staff, clean room with a great shower, excellent breakfast and a functionable gym, (needs a rowing machine!) We will certainly stay there again,
