The hotel was a pleasure. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well organized. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was cloudy. Should be able to see the bottom. Needed chlorine. Also, children pool time availability was somewhat limited. We enjoyed the steam room and sauna.

The hotel is clean and spacious and the room too for a typical London hotel . Lovely spa and big swimming pool. We had a relaxing stay .

Modern, clean hotel.
Hotel was good. We arrived around 2.45 and the reception was very busy but it wasn’t too long to wait. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with free coffee available. The spa and swimming pool were very busy and noisy, other than that our stay was great.
