Enjoyable stay, helpful, friendly staff in the reception, Canary Coffee on the ground floor and in Bokan on the 38th floor. Excellent food and views over London.

Saturday night stay
Checking in was completed in a friendly environment. Half the elevators didn’t work, therefore it made getting to our room a bit time consuming. After a long day travelling and settling into bed at about midnight we were awoken by the sounds of a fire alarm at 12:15ish which we received no explanation or apology. Other than that, the facilities were nice and clean. Couple of suspicious stains on the carpet, but a nice view.
