Best Novotel I've gone to, I was upgraded to an executive room with complimentary robes and shoes with toiletries and chocolate covered strawberry which were in the room.

The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were well equipped and the breakfast was delicious. The cable car across to the O2 was just a short walk away which was very convenient
