Fabulous hotel in great location
Fabulous hotel in a great location. Room was compact with everything needed for a city centre break. Very well designed and not cluttered. Lovely spa quality toiletries, and face cloths, why don't all hotels have these??? Also very quiet and restful for a hotel in London right next to The Portrait Gallery.

We stayed over a week and overall was good, just that bathroom’s shower drain was blocked even though we swapped to different rooms. Staff were pretty nice but it was abit strange whenever I needed to talk to the staff at the reception, all eyes were looking at you, abit uncomfortable.

The staff were excellent especially Henrietta at the front desk.She recommended restaurants, best travel modes etc - always with a smile. Hotel is spotlessly clean and I felt very safe.there. The location is superb with Trafalgar Square right opposite..

Excellent service, comfy room, great location
Perfect location - couldn't be more central, excellent service. Arrived off a long flight, exhausted, and early check-in was no problem. Room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Avocado toast in the AM was fantastic. Would 100% recommend.
