Good clean hotel. Well located and parking available. Good breakfast choice. All staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was room was on small side.

Yes, unfortunately we really wanted to stay in the park grand Paddington. Sadly, all these hotels very much appear the same so please be wise and skeptical when booking to get the hotel you want. Our room was very rundown and we much rather have stayed at the Park grand Paddington as we have in the past.

Unfriendly welcome!
Receptionist was not friendly. Could hear upstairs constantly, every footstep they took! Stayed in the club room and that was nice except for the noise and 2 sleepless nights!
