We just had the most wonderful 9 days here. I had emailed multiple times before our trip and every person who contacted me was so friendly and helpful. Once we got there it was so easy for us to get help with taxis and anything we needed. The bar area is so quaint and the drinks are excellent with great service. We were there every evening and morning. By the end they knew our orders when we walked in! I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the Mayfair area which was one of my favorite locations also. We really enjoyed the little chocolates or other surprise snacks at turn down every night :)

The staff was amazing at this hotel, especially loved the gentlemen who greeted us at the door! Hotel was lovely and convenient to walk to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants.
