Lovely staff. Great building with ample places to sit and chill. Fab breakfast.but, we were in The Buckingham (?)wing and there was noise from people sat outside of Charing Cross. Hubby slept, but I was awake til downpour around 4.30am. Not the fault of the hotel. I would stay again

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Clermont! It was our first stay but will be back. Ron was amazing on concierge, as was the amazing cocktail man in the bar. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff amazing. The rooms comfy and the whole experience was wonderful. Cannot fault. many thanks xx

The staff were great, the room super clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Easy to get around - so close to Charing Cross and Embankment tube stations. Just around corner from Trafalgar Square. Pret and other quick coffee, food close by. There was street noise during the day and early evening as my room overlooked a bustling delivery area and shop, but no problem overnight - to be expected in central London. I would stay here again. A perfect travel point right next to Charing Cross Train station.
