Another Great Stay!
We love this hotel as it’s good value, quite unique, staff are fab and continental breakfast is very handy. The rooms are cosy and have nice touches; including a variety of teas and coffees plus a couple of snacks. Our second stay here. It’s a short walk from The Royal Albert Hall and some museums.

Wonderful hotel and location
The receptionist was very helpful and cheerful, the hotel decor is definitely unique. They had a effort to lay out heart balloons on our bed for anniversary. The room we had was 401, it’s big enough, bathroom was huge with big tub. My only complaint was the bed was bit soft and our room was right next to the lift so couldn’t get much sleep.

Only stayed one night for Royal Albert Hall and didn't have food, but lovely quirky hotel. Great if slightly small room, but very comfortable with great bathroom with bath and shower. Coffee pod machine and kettle for tea/coffee. Would recommend.

This hotel is fantastic. From the location to the vibe An added shout out to Tim who was a blessing. He helped capture and plan a surprise moment for a friend who was unaware we were coming! So appriciated his help and his welcoming effort throughout our stay. 5 star Tim!
