A few tweaks needed to make it perfect
Everything was great apart from there was only decaf coffee and the only plug sockets were on the far side of the room. The shower temp varied quickly from scalding to freezing. The room was clean and the service was great

They do warn that there is no lift, but I was swiftly offered a ground floor room when I demonstrated a need. Advice on reaching Terminal 5 was given, but I found that a bus driver was not prepared to take large suitcases on board - not sure if this is standard, but not prepared to argue the point at 6am in drizzle. Eating in the runway-view restaurant is always a treat

Had to book in here last minute after a cancelled flight. It was cheap but not that cheerful. Very dated and used rooms. Also beware of the shop in reception £4-5 for a bottle of water and all other snacks similarly priced disgusting!

Excellent location from Heathrow terminal five and then use the pods to get there in 5 minutes cheaper than a taxi. Staff helpful and friendly.
