Generally great, apart from a small breakfast blip
Overall my stay was very good. Efficient, friendly staff, clean quiet spacious room, comfortable bed. The only thing to mar an otherwise excellent stay was asking for a vegetarian breakfast option. This greatly confused the serving staff, and after some consultation among themselves they offered me a chicken burger! I've been vegetarian for years, and I thought such things were a relic of the past :) The breakfast buffet was otherwise very goo, so not really a big problem.

On the last day, the entire hotel’s boiler was not working and I was late for my flight and I missed my train to airport too as they were attempting to fix it but it could not be. Generally boiler is a basic need in winter and paying £150 per night is definitely not worth spending on this hotel. Never going to stay here again

The staff were amazing and actually seemed happy to be at work and were really helpful. They made my stay brilliant. I got an upgrade too which was great to a bigger room, the room I had was very comfortable, comfortable big bed and mattress and temperature was great, lots of hotels sometimes the air con makes it all sticky but not in the room I was in. Had a heater too in case you get cold. Had a fridge which was useful. The windows had black out blind things and curtains so it was great as I am usually noise sensitive, light sensitive and I need a comfortable bed or I don't sleep and this was all great. Right by marble arch tube. Would stay again

Really great value for the money, great central location for what we needed. Staff very friendly and room was ready a lot earlier than the 3pm check in so that was also a bonus. No view but we didn't mind that for the money.
