Not exactly terrible, but...
They placed one of my colleagues in a room with a portable heater (the room HVAC was out), another colleague also had issues with the HVAC in her room being way to hot. But at least we weren't put in a 4th floor room, there was a sign in the elevator stating that the floors call button was broken and you had to take the stairs to the third to call it up. A sign at the desk said they were "undergoing renovations", but it seemed more like an excuse to avoid having to pay for normal upkeep. More a great value for the money spent.

Great place to stay be it for a night or a couple. Room was clean, staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommended despite the ongoing renovations.

Great hotel and wonderful staff, Heather.
My stay was wonderful. Heather at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me. I was traveling by myself and She made my stay feel comfortable and safe. She was very personal and accommodating. You are very lucky to have her as an employee. The hotel is centrally located so its a great place to stay.
