Great Venice Beach Apartment
Hada a great stay at Boutique 444 in February. Accommodations were very comfortable and adequately supplied. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Laurence was very responsive in fixing the one minor problem we had. I would highly recommend staying at Boutique 444. Oh, it has off street parking and is close to the canals.

Great value and location but a few teeny issue.
Second time staying at B44 but first time in this particular apartment. Great location and amenities and very comfy bed. A couple of things I think could be improved on - hot water, nowhere near what I’d call a hot shower and I think the upstairs and ground floor apartments share the same hot water as when I ran a bath it was running cold… I could hear the guests upstairs, no real biggy but a little annoying to be woken up at 6am with kids running around upstairs sounding like the ceiling was about to cave in. Communication was slow - I figured I was going to arrive 30 minutes early and requested an early check in. Arrived tried my door code and got inside a bit early which was nice. Although I did receive a response nearly 24 hours later saying early check in wasn’t available. 😅

Everything was exactly as advertised. The place is extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the apartment is within walking distance of almost anything you want to do. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend this rental.

Best apartment ever
This is literally better than staying at a hotel. The apartment is simply so great with a lot of space and in a good area just walking distance from Venice Beach. Restaurant and bars just close by. Can’t wait to go back and live there again!
