The shuttles were a big draw but location not a lot of restraints within walking distance. Scheduling the shuttles was also a little hard maybe a website or an app could help with that.

Our stay was an absolute nightmare. We called before checking in to verify check in time & we spoke with Larissa - who was the sweetest human. So kind & helpful. When we walked in our initial impression was WOW - so cute & clean! Bright, beautiful entryway that smelled AMAZING. Larissa had gone home for the day and the woman who checked us in was rude, sarcastic and overall unhelpful. We stepped on to the elevator & gagged. It smells like mildew and dust. It’s physically hard to breathe in. We walked into our room & the smells got worse. Very strong mildew & dust odors! The rooms are dark & depressing. Our room overlooked a noisy parking lot. (Thin windows let all the sounds in!) The bathroom smelled HEAVILY of chemicals. It was definitely clean but the smell of bleach & cleansers was enough to cause us coughing fits. Fire sprinkler over toilet dripped constantly. Bathrobes are old, tattered & rough on skin. Beds are very uncomfortable. Sheets are rough. (Too much starch??) Both beds had stains on sheets. Air conditioning broken … room very hot. Front desk told us there was nothing they could do about the air, mildew or sheets. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. We were on second floor and could hear noise from first floor lounge. This old building has been refurbished at surface level only. The filth is bone-deep. It needs to be torn down for a fresh start. We stayed about three hours & couldn’t breathe so we left.

The best part of our stay was that they cleaned the room every night and gave us new towels. There’s a restaurant near the lobby that was convenient, and also a nearby cvs and grocery store. The staff was so kind! Make sure you make your Universal/WB reservation for transportation in advance, I was glad they were able to let me make mine last minute. I wish it took us to more areas but our stay was great! I’d stay again!

Great service! Staff were very friendly. Always helpful. They had a bar and diner in the hotel. Lots of things in walkable distance. Most of all free parking for your whole stay.

Great Service hotel
Great hotel. Very clean and good service. Shuttle was a great perk! I wish they had filtered water bottle fillers, but I was able to get water from the restaurant which was fine. Not alot to walk to from there but since we had the shuttle service it was totally fine.
