Please do not book this property
The owner of the property never once communicated with me after multiple requests and calls to VRBO. I never received check in instructions and was forced to find new accommodation for my trip. I got a ‘cancellation by owner’ notice two days after my check in with the reason ‘didn’t mean minimum age requirement’ - I was never asked and I am in my 40s…. I assure you if you book this property you will be left seeking another property last minute. I’ve booked many VRBOs and this is far and away the worst experience I have ever had. Please please please don’t book this property

The owners were unresponsive, did not show up, we were unable to access the condo, had to wait from 4:00 pm check in time until 7:00 pm when Expedia was able to book us a room at a Hilton Garden. This listing. Must be taken down

What a nice trip and apartment
We traveled to LA for a wedding, and chose the apartment in Marina Del Rey. It is a very cool location, yards to the Marina, and within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. We felt completely safe walking around the area, even late at night. The apartment is very nice and clean, with all the amenities you would expect. There is a nice pool, and we sat and read by the pool both days we were there. The folks who live in the complex are young professionals and everyone there was very nice. We truly appreciate the experience, and Beverly was helpful!

Was left on the street for over 3 hrs...with no key /lockbox that was SUPPOSED to be present!!. She never even answered my calls for 90 mins while me and my 2 sons were on the street stranded..ruined our whole evening...lost a day..... no redund like she said!!! Nor my left belonging returned!!!!

Nothing but amazing!
Nothing but an amazing experience! Walking distance from Venice and the Santa Monica shopping strip and muscle beach. Walking distance to amazing restaurants right now the street. (Cabo cantina has amazing fiesta fries) Beverly gave great instructions on where to go and what to do and was there in case I needed to get ahold of her. I texted her at 11pm and she responded within a few minutes. We will definitely be renting from her again in the future! ❤️
