A little noisy room very close to elevator. The bedding is not very comfortable. It used to love sleeping on Marriott bed which was so comfortable but not in courtyard.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. Had the 2-bedroom suite which was very spacious and nicely equipped with all necessities. Location is very convenient with a plaza across the street with dining options and a cinema. Lobby is nice. It is a great choice when staying in LA area. I just hope the staff at front desk could be more friendly during the check-in process. She did her job checking me in, but without any warm welcome or a smile. Somehow, I didn't feel the hospitality. That was the only thing I wish could be improved.
