The staff was amazing and always took the extra step to make our experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. Queen suite was extremely spacious and a bathroom beyond expectations. Unfortunately homeless situation was an issue around Long Beach area. My female friends and I still felt safe walking the streets during the day around the hotel.

The Bar tender / cook was by himself serving a large group. He was overwhelmed and some folks were frustrated by very slow service. He was polite and kept apologizing for the slow service
