The room itself was great and having a separate living room space was great. However, according to the staff, due to it being winter months, the AC was not running but inside the room, the temp was 77 degrees fahrenheit which made the room excessively hot and very hard to sleep at night. We checked out early simply to avoid the heat. They did try and help by providing a box fan but that was not nearly enough to cool down the room. That was my only negative but a pretty big one.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!!! Everything is broken, there is graffiti in the elevator, people are living there. The first night we arrived, there was police with several guys on the ground. Then the next couple of days we noticed more police. The property is old and needs so much work. We noticed more than half the property is empty. Now we know why. Stay at the Hampton or Holiday Inn on Garvey. Not here! It was so scary I placed an ottoman behind the door!

I never had a chance to even check in. I didn’t see anything about a 200 dollar deposit. I asked him if he could cancel my reservation and he said no because of 3rd party being expiedia. And I can’t get help from them either I need a refund or compensation for a new room
