VILLA CLARA RULES  Respect hygiene rules and be a good neighbor.  Pets are allowed, but their abuse is not.  Take care of the furniture and other goods and utensils in the house.  Pollution due to garbage or noise is punishable by the Environmental Law.  There are garbage cans available on the street, where you can place the garbage for collection by the City Council.  Music must be listened to at a moderate volume and at an appropriate time, respecting the tranquility of the community.
