My family, 2 adults and 3 kids, checked into a suite on Saturday. Room was clearly not serviced between guests. (Dried mucus on sheets, hairs on sheets, pillows, counters, etc). We immediately notified front desk. We were given clean sheets to remake ourselves (2 full beds and the pullout sofa). We were told room would be fully serviced the next morning (Sunday). In Sunday, we left the room and returned in the afternoon. Room was still not serviced. Notified front desk and said we’d be added to the list for the next day (Monday). Monday morning we leave the room, return in the afternoon, room is still unserved. Notified front desk, again, and said housekeeping had left for the day. We checked out Tuesday morning. During our stay we had to ask for towels multiple times per day (were given 2 each time for a room full of 5 people), we had to ask for sheets, tissues, even toilet paper. When we left, the dirty sheets from checkin were still in the room, along with bags of trash from 5 people living in a room for three and a half days. Not only was this entire experience unsanitary, there was no attempt from staff to correct an issue over MULTIPLE days. I chose this hotel based on reviews which is why I’m leaving my honest one here. RUN from this hotel. If anything is wrong, staff is not trained to resolve the issues and cleaning is CLEARLY not a priority. I’m scared to image the cleaning issues we CANNOT see. Will never stay here again.
