We got to the hotel on 5/2 at 3:00 p.m., and they had cancelled our reservation. They said travelocity had overbooked the hotel. They also said they tried to call me 2 days earlier because my cc had expired, but the number had been disconnected. they read me back the number and it's my current phone number. i checked messages and call log...they made to attempt to call me. Ruined my whole vacation. I bought your travel insurance, but your customer service isn't being very responsive in getting it corrected. It’s awful. Never choose this place to stay. The room was dirty and smelling so bad. It didn’t have towels nor soap/shampoo.

Room was infested with roaches. Housekeeping didnt clean room entire stay nor provided clean sheets or towels. Had snowed while there had salt all over floor couldnt get anyone to come clean.

This property is filthy, it is dirty and unsanitary, there was debris all over the floor and especially in the shower and under the bed. But the front desk guy was nice.
