Fix the problem already
2nd time to stay at this hotel. Both times I had trouble with getting the keys to work to unlock the door to the rooms. After reading several other reviews, apparently I’m not the only one. And yet, the problem has not been resolved.

The rooms were nicer without the nasty carpets however the bathroom still needed upgraded. The beds were better than before and the new window blinds are better.

the only good thing was the bed was very comfortable. i had to change rooms the first day because my card key would not open my room . then the second night i thought the person in the room next door was going to be murdered when someone was pounding on the door and screaming for about 30 minutes. the microwave didnt work either.
